Bible Study - Overview of the New Testament
Have you ever wanted to feel as thought you had a grasp of the
essential messages contained in the New Testament books? Have you ever wondered
how the New Testament came into being, or why the gospel accounts tell the story
of the life of Christ in somewhat different ways? If so, a new class
"Overview of the New Testament" will help you gain an understanding of
these questions. This class will be taught in two parts, one in the fall quarter
and one in the winter quarter. One Quarter class will cover the basic messages
of the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, and Luke, as well as the letters of Paul, how
these writings came into being, and how their message applies to our lives. The
other quarter will cover the gospel and letters of John (including Revelation),
and the other books of the New Testament.
